Professional teachers vs community tutors

Professional teachers are vetted for qualifications and tend to have structured lesson plans and formal teaching experience. Platform experience
iTalki's platform is functional but less polished than Preply. The interface can feel cluttered, and the process of finding and vetting tutors requires more effort. Preply's design and quality controls make it somewhat easier to find a reliably good tutor, though Preply's tutor rates tend to be slightly higher as a result.
Pricing and credits
